Stephen Fry - The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive

If you like Stephen Fry you have to see this BBC Documentary.
It was aired on BBC TWO 19th September 2006.

"This revealing two-part documentary, presented by Stephen, examines the reality of living with bipolar disorder - the condition more commonly known as manic depression."

"Stephen also meets other celebrities to find out if they are bipolar, and if so, how they deal with it. Stephen asks Robbie Williams if he is bipolar since he appears manic on stage and his depression is well documented. He also meets Richard Dryfus, Carrie Fisher (Star Wars) who went undiagnosed for many years; comedian Tony Slattery and chef Rick Stein, whose father suffered from the condition and committed suicide."

A brilliant BBC Documentary, even if the subject of Manic Depression or Bipolarity might not be highest on the wish list. I was utterly impressed by it.

Its out there just look hard enough!

Well in Sweden i guess he is most famous for hes role as Colonel Melchett (Black Adder).

"I don't care if he has been rogering the Duke Of York with a large leek. He killed my pigeon."

I also loved him in Jeeves and Wooster, another tip if you can find it...

"Absolutely splendid, precisely, sir" Wink

Apparently he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, but had it removed and is now recovering.
