Anyone know of any interesting/fun webcam interactive apps?
One of my jobs is doing a few kindergarten classes a week, teaching english, and we like to do interactive things. All the places I work have computers, I have a spare USB webcam. In the past at some schools they've done a green screen setup with the kids doing various roleplaying things, like hair salon, airport, etc to do vids for their parents. I'm not looking to duplicate that, but I'd like to try and find some basic, easy to use apps, that might be fun for the odd special activity. Something like some kind of make-over program where they let you put your face in live on the screen and apply different hair cuts/colors, etc, or any other kind of kid friendly activities. Not really looking for an interactive game where kinect style.

Thanks Pikachupi, looks cool, but not quite what I want. That's more kinect style gaming. I'm looking more for things that I could use for doing vocabulary building. With a make-over style program we'd be able to practice colors, and words like straight/curly/long/short and things like that. Plus it'd be fun for them to see themselves getting all kinds of crazy haircuts.
anything in a similar style to that would be helpful..for example something that would mix their face in with some animal bodies or various scenes (I'm thinking like a virtual version of the old cut-out face picture prop, like where you stick your head in a cardboard super hero or something)
Yes, something like that. Unfortunately most of my schools don't have an internet connection these days, so I need something offline. I've been working on it, eventually I may buy a USB wireless device and just use my phone as a hot spot, but something I could stick on my USB drive would be ideal.
