Really like these franchises - but honestly i would rather see some info about projects from ex-THQ IPs

I would dig Spellforce 3 - first two were awesome (haven't tried these latest expansions for the second one, though). Unless of course they fuck it up. That would make me mad.

The series is basically an amalgam of real time strategy and role playing games. The RPG aspects are somewhat similar to that of Diablo and Diablo 2 in terms of skill trees, character development, equipment customization and the top down view.
On the other hand, RTS aspects allow you take control of different factions which include The Realm, The Clans and The Pact.
The Realm faction features humans, elves and dwarves, The Clan features orcs, trolls and barbarians, and The Pact features gargoyles, shadows and dark elves. Each faction has its unique troops and building types. |

I hope not. I really enjoyed the Spellforce series and i hope only for more of the same. I wouldn't mind some changes on the RPG side (not derping, but developing it into something better). The RTS part it's fine

That video shouldn't be called gameplay, its more of tech demo, but I dig the way it looks, soldiers moving over rocks is lovely touch
Didnt finish faith in destiny and shadows of the past, but loved all the parts before it.

Really digging the graphics, assuming that aren't bullshots. Tried SP2 a long time ago, couldn't stand the graphics, so pretty hype for this.

It does look pretty good indeed. First two Spellforce games were great, addons for the second one less so - althought those were made by someone else (aside from the first) if I remember correctly - and so is the third game. Fingers crossed for them making it right.

It has aged a bit (Widescreen support has to be done by manually modifying the config files for example.) and the stand-alone expansions also suffer from various bugs and technical issues but it is playable with a bit of work.
(Not sure how good the latest stand-alone Spellforce 2 titles actually are in comparison to the first Spellforce 2 game and it's first expansion either, some technical improvements but still a bit buggy and support was dropped pretty quickly after release if I remember correctly.)

Sadly even PC-exclusives can turn out shit.
Hopefully they won't do anythings dumb with this game.

Well this time they have people from the original team (the one EA forced to do f2p mobile shit and then shot in the head) so it should be at least ok.
