What do you mean with "Action Strategy" - are those traps you can set?

I suppose you can set traps and lure enemies onto them. Reminds me of a similar concept in the old Wheel of Time game.

It reminds me a lot of The Wheel of Time. There were some levels where you had to set traps and position your allies in order to defeat the waves of enemies.

Having daggerxl in your signature, not to mention Lysandus as your avatar, means that I automatically like you. And yes, I do agree - best part of the game if you ask me, definately a change of pace from the standard FPS carnage.

Judging from the trailer it looks like an action oriented tower defense game with orcs..I was expecting something "deeper", but it could be interesting

I can see the similarity with the indie game posted, but Dungeon Keeper has nothing to do with this.

Not the game itself. The concept. I never *compared* it to DK. Just said that it borrowed some things from it. Both games you are in a dungeon trying to keep out the bad guys, no? That was my first impression of it.
Besides, they're hardly stealing from that indie game. The indie game itself isn't anything original. It's just a multiplayer tower defense game and those have been done to death over the past few years.
