I don't think Spider-Man on the PC is going to be released at the same time, but I'm quite sure it IS going to be released eventually.

Definitely Krater, Max and Torchlight 2. Might also grab that Spellforce 2 add-on, just for the sake of seeing how a zombie looks like up close.

Max Payne 3 - of course
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon - Future Soldier - it's not longer a real Ghost Recon, but seems to be a solid 3rd person shooter with tactical elements.
Krater - interesting game, but still not sure if it's really worth
LEGO Batman 2 - DC Super Heroes Not really sure. seems ok, but unsrue about the gameplay
The Dark Eye - Chains of Satinav - A classic adventure Smile
Spec Ops - The Line I think it will be medicore, but good enough for a little bit shooting action
The Amazing Spider-Man- I had a lot of fun with spiderman 2, so i will give it a try.
Walking Dead The Game (the next episode)- Can't wait for it Smile
