Solved the problem by the way
Run the game in 98/ME compatibility mode
Now the only problem is - it crashes randomly at same location, looks like a bad crack. |

The above is caused by a little feature that all cd writers support, but no cd readers do - reading ATIP.
It's a way to check if the game is on a cdr, obviously, if you use a cdrw drive |
