Yup, there is. It's an achievement and the game provides you with a solution ro regrow the arm.
The cost is a permanent -5 to Hp or Mp, but at that point it barely makes any difference. |

| For now it's probably best to wait for patches apparently. There's some issues with quest items (and items in general) disappearing and dialogues not triggering. |

0.8 patch was recently published and it's a significant one.
At this rate end of 2025 for 1.0 seems possible. Unlike some indie studios Atom Team seem to have a decent work ethic. |

The OG concept with a thin-blood was imo more interesting than an Elder with dementia.
