| Keep the panel care options on (pixel shift etc) and don't use 100% brightness in SDR mode, you will not have any problems. |

They are not anymore. Uniques roll random combinations of stats like legendary items. The special ability is the only fixed stat on uniques.
Only mythics have a fixed combination of stats now
