Got Newsleecher 3.91 Beta 2 to work, but I'm only downloading at 1 MB/s at best...
Did you set the number of connections at server setup according to your tarif plan ?

EDIT: Does anyone know of a working release of Newsleecher 3.9? I'm using the FFF keygen, but the keys are outdated.

Maybe the person you're leeching internet from is blocking some ports that are needed for cs:s? Try to play cs 1.6 and see if you can do that.

I thought that The Langoliers was quite cool, very low budget, but still entertaining.
