I'm dutch myself. The only thing illegal here in Holland is UPloading and the offering of copyrighted software/music/movies. The downloading isn't illegal neither is placing a link to a download.
Wtf is the use of an index site... your info is OK, yet the site would be a lot better if you did place the links of the dl's.
