That Outlaws fix works fine with SP for me.
Used fresh extraction of the relevant files from a retail DVD,
applied the repack from Outlaws and works perfect for me on both XPSP3 x86 and Win7 64bit.

Also no way to run game at high native resolutions such as 1680x1050 or 1920x1200, no 16x anisotropic filtering and no fps above 30. |
