There is a patch out now for this issue.
But you can patch it yourself as well by simply open your autoexec.cfg,(in the cfg folder),with notepad,and adding:

I heard of one guy saying that changing the AA and AF settings to certain different levels had helped to overcome this kind of problem,where you get stuck somewhere.

I had the same problem earlier today,but i use a different version.
My version is named "Half-Life_2.WORKING-AXPi",(DLed via BT),and it comes as a 1.5GB RAR archive with a complete and already regist ... |
