I read on page 4 there is a release of Magna Carta II(NTSC), but I have not been able to find it and abgx has not verified it. I cant believe there isnt a scene release of this game out already

Looks like wave4 works on 1.51 but only with Hitachi drive. All the other drives need 1.6 with active.iso 
Wait, so wave 4 only works if you have 1.51 and you have a Hitachi drive. I have a BenQ ... |

There isn't a scene release yet, but you can get both discs from the newsgroups - Magna_Carta_II.mor911 for disc 1 and mdough-magcart2 for disc 2.
