| I've tried the catalyst official 6.4 drivers, the beta 6.5 drivers and the latest omega drivers and all have the same performance problems. I've given up for now. |

| Same problem for me, there are short periods when it is very smooth making me sure that it's not a graphics card issue. It's possible it might be the copy protection or CureROM not working right... |

Fallout should be turn based only combat, it should be isometric. Morrowind was none of these things. Morrowind had dumb forgettable NPCs, Fallout's NPCs were great. We need to make a stand.
