Dont install applications/reboot in safe mode to delete these files. I think this is a bug in the explorer.exe 's file handling.
To delete the file:
Hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE, go to the PROCESS TAB, ... |

Get more ram and u can use XP.
I have installed XP on a p2 400/512ram/banshee AGP and it was running smooth with most services off. Its perfect for browsing and playing Diablo II  |

ok with these steps u should be 60% safer, if shit hits the fan and ur pc is all messy go to a GOOD pc shop (there aren't manny) where format is only an option for EXTREME cases

It only depends on the TV. If you tv is multisystem then you should have no problem.
I also saw a toll that converts PAL to NTSC and vice verse, the name of the prog was NTSCONV. |
