Maybe his trainer wont work on x64? Just guessing. 
have you tries putting the trainer into game dir?
I actually didnt plan for Inf health/1 hit kill. it takes the fun out more IMHO.

On XP, right click -> Compatibility -> Run this prog... -> Windows 2000
