It is recommended to install, so do it.
Use xp-AntiSpy after installing.
You should install it on a fresh system. Not an old one. It just messes it up. |

ATI Radeon 8500LE with voltmod and Zalman's heatpipe.
It was the one of the cheapest cards like one or two years ago and still running with it.
