are u sure your radeon supports video in? is it an all in wonder? If so you'll have your aerial tv coaxial wire connected to the pc, right?

Instead of a codec pack I'd rather recommend ffdshow, plays almost any format but ogg/ogm.
For playback as mentioned above, MPC works great, it even supports dvd play-back, but some dvd-menus don't w ... |
