As i know if u have a key u are a suscriber.. if uare not suscriber u will not be able to download it until public keys will be open in 26th.
if u have a game and have not got a key - be good tdu sup ...

Yeah, why not? Just need a key, have open beta installed. I meant that i can offer a key from another game to this one:)
