| They'll just say you can still use your banned console to gain Gamerpoints. Enough reason to make sure you can't use hds from banned consoles on non-banned ones. |

I very much doubt that it's the test itself that got me banned. Mre than likely it was all of the pirated games that I've played on the console! I'm pretty sure that I must have been flagged before ... |

still no way to check if ur banned without logging in?
1) go to xbox.com, log-in with your gamertag
2) go to support, click "request a repair"
3) you may need to register your console first, do so
