For example: if you become Schwarzenegger 2 by bumping your character to maximum, it stays that way.

How does skill system work?
Say i gun down a few cops so i get max on gun skill, whats the difference? And will it last for rest of game or do i have to kill to keep it up or can i maybe shoot at oth ... |
