If it is indeed a TC, then why shouldn't it be nuked for a crap encode ? If this stays, then any other quality TC release would have to be internal. Surely thats not good for quality control.

Ritekg04 discs are the best.
I agree. Anything with a Ritek G04 dye are very reliable.
If you can't get Ritek dye discs, as a general rule of thumb, the darker the dye, the better. |

Yeah, I only use Ritek G04 discs, but whichever you use, the darker the dye is, the better.
And, on the subject of NTSC with PAL, make sure you get a FULL rgb scart cable, otherwise it does play in ... |

I had a hard time burning it with DVD Decrypter at any speed, but it eventually burned with Nero, and plays fine
Maybe its the software you are burning it with? |
