ELiTE clonedvd and MEiGUO crack worked nicely for me.
Only had one random crash in chapter 5.
Rest of the game was smooth sailing. |

I wonder if:
Win7+NVidia = Speedup issue
Win7+ATI = No issues
Win7+ATI = stutters 
Just have to inform that I have HD 4870 and I experience the speedup issue. 
CPU is Intel Q9550. |
