Unsure what the 5650 corresponds to but with a 4890 and everything on (C2Q 6850 @ 3.2 CPU) I get between 40 to 50 FPS (Only 2x AA though and no Vsync.)

It requires Spore to be installed but it installs to a separate folder, also the recent 1.5 and 1.5.0001 patches first patch the normal game and then the expansion if it's installed.
