Ixtreme 1.2 confirms my suspicion: DNL Crackdown is badly stealthed and therefore does not boot on Ixtreme 1.2.

Tried making a DVD as well, if you copy all files together on a folder on HDD, it installs fine. If you copy that folder to DVD-nada, asking for CD2 after a while.
