Well these info was given from another forum.
extract it to: The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds\
then find he 75 mb file. delete all the other small files. change the 75mb one to "River ... |

I can confirm, the addons can be easily installed on Razor1911 release. At least, free town Riverside.
