Also adding to my post above if i try slmgr -rearm it just comes up with notepad with the slmgr and nothing else comes up. The damn things lockd by the looks of it.

Error 0xC004D401 comes up when i start computer and i'm assuming im in a locked mode as control panel among other things won't start. Anyone know how to "unlock" it???
