the builder makes only new ones (ones that aren't officially installed) so it's good for games that you've installed or just copied but aren't recognized by Windows Game Explorer.

game explorer shortcuts located in programdata/microsoft/games explorer, you can just change the shortcut there and launch the game through games explorer

basically all the stuff in the gameux thing loads from a combo of the registry and a dll in the game folder called
EFLCGDF.dll (for gta iv its GTAIVGDF.dll etc etc for ot ... |

| It should work okay on your system, just run it at a good resolution and don't push the draw distance too far (it's a killer in performance, and doesn't make the game that much better to play anyways) ... |
