Yes,it seems this is the key. With 344.75 i had this problem with the second gpu.
Installing the 344.80 solved the issue.Now both GPU works ok and it's almost 60fps at 4k

But again no SLI support :/ So 4K is around 30 (and some times below 30) fps with geforce 780 6gb
