Tofm I think this may be the same problem I had with other games caused by AMD Athlon not having SSE support.

Man you are having the same problem as I was!
Your processor probably doesn`t support SSE (it`s a Athlon Thunderbird or similar?)
The solution to that is downloading the 1.01 patch at psychonau ... |

I was using the BBW version and got the SSE error... thought it was a protection error, deleted it and downloaded the HDL one... and guess what? Yep. ... |
