Well the game is ok, but not super.
- Very liniear (not much to explore beside the main quest)
Being non-linear is what I think makes a Gothic game, what a shame  |

I think what the tutorial did wrong was show you a tiny distance between the characters, they need to be spaced out wayyyy wider, otherwise the tri-attack is over before you know it..

Valkyria Chronicles, Metal Gear Solid 4, Demon's Souls.
Especially the first one if you like tactical rpg games with good story.
