When I restarted my computer after I have killed some Symantec stuff in the register, AVG found a virus

I have tried to remove from the registry, I didn't find all..
I did as your links said..
Systemwork 2003 have to be removed manually, no program who removes it.. I tried to do so..
But I still got ... |

| I have tried to remove systemworks 2003, but in regedit I find a lot of symantec stuff.. Can I remove them?? How do I remove them all if I should do it?? |
