I've disconnected everything, still no boot

| I don't think its a power supply related. I'm turning on the computer, the CPU fan is starting to spin but nothing else gets power, can't open the CD, the hard drive doesn't spin and i don't get a sig ... |

I don't know how many of you are playing it but there's a Devil May Cry 3 came pc version, and god the port sucks.
Beyond that there is a big frame rate issue for allot of users cased by a sound pro ... |

| If I'm taking out from the dmc3 folder the sound folder I'm getting 30 more FPS, this is just plain stupid. I've tried downloading a newer Ogg codec but that didn't helped much, I've tried uninstallin ... |
