It's not locked at all, but if they notice your account logging in from different IP's and what not frequently, they'll block it. |

Isn't it PCGamer UK that gave that score to Deus Ex? While the American one is a bit more liberal with its score.
I believe the last time PCGamer UK gave that high of a score, it was HL2. |
