missing textures: every texture is just blank.. i can see the lighting and it seems like every texture is just one solid color .. whats the deal with that??

I used virtualDub to join 2 halves of a 2 hour movie (it came as two xvid AVIs)
(Direct stream, no recompression)

if you have trouble launching use win2000 compatibility mode in the shortcut properties for launching the game
worked for me with that sr7 stop thing, just make sure sr7 isnt running at the same ti ... |
