Anyone know how to kill the driver in the big dumper truck when your protecting your daughter in the grave? I emptied several clips into the window but had no luck

| Is there anyway to save/load games at a certain scene in this game? or are you limited to only loading the last chapter if you close the game? |

The single player really isnt that 'bad', its very playable and pretty brutal... ruined the series though. |
