I doubt you are using PCI... More something like PCI-e (e=express)... Don't think the X700 line is avaible for standard PCI... 
You could try to simply turn off VPU Recover. It has never worked a ... |

Ive gotten the game to work but it crashes all the time..
max time ive played is like 10 minutes in a row.
one time I managed to get out to windows when the game crashed and saw a VPU recovery ... |
