Does it have coop on consoles ?
No coop in any version. PC version doesn't have MP but it's twice cheaper than console version. MP is crap anyway.

40-50 fps at max on windows 7, 8800GT, AMD 6400+, 1600x1200.
Don't know if it's typical. |

I couldnt select any empty lots for my first family either.. Only one of the pre-built houses.
You can however delete everything in that lot and start over.

Ran it on my Laptop, and it appears to launch the game, but it does indeed crash RGSC from time to time.
