Well the exe archive is on steam, so maybe they didn't include it on the dvd. If you can find someone who bought it on steam and knows how to "work" with it you can get the exe archive.

9.6 gb on install - the simpack do the work  one of my friends did it but have small upload speed to fast spread the 2 DVD ;/.
