I just fell with my bicycle while driving like 1 mph on a roundabout while wearing a € 700 suit.
Why does it have to rain on a summer day for 1 minute while I leave work on my bicycle and create some slippery fucking spot on a roundabout where my bike slides away below my ass while I am wearing an expensive suit.
Thats fucking it, this is war mother nature, I am going to drive a hummer the rest of my life and never touch a fucking bicycle again.
And I just noticed my shoes are ruined to, FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK
EDIT: My knee is larger than a Kardashians behind, I guess legday is not going to happen any time in the future.

Because I'm a student and I was always of the opinion me adding to the countries congestion wouldn't help. I bought the € 700 suit as a reward for working hard these last few months. It helps in my work considering I'm a tax lawyer in a company where everyone wears suits.
Are you absolutely sure there's nothing that can be done? Did they get torn or just wet? Dry cleaners are like magicians, so I've heard
The trousers are torn, the jacket is slightly damaged on the left sleeve but repairable. The shoes have deep scratches in the front leather.
Well I learned my lesson, fuck cycling to work I'm going to either walk or go by car. If someone ever starts the congestion argument with me again I'll hold up my hand for € 700.
EDIT: If you're wondering I was cycling on the cycling lane. It's made of asphalt and absolutely eats anything that isn't a rubber tire.

I probably shouldn't be commenting on this, but to me any clothing that can't take a fall isn't worth the money. I prefer stuff that can stand some wear and tear.
Really sucks man
But like others said, i would never drive on a bicycle with an expensive suit, probably not even drive in the train with it. At least in Germany every train looks like people shit or masterbated on the seats. And on a bicycle i probably would look like someone shit at me when arriving at the target location because people drive like crazy fuckers with their cars (or i think others do, because i drive like that )
Here is another song to cheer you up

Sometimes I put my suit in a bag and change clothes at work, not this time though.
You have to realize the Netherlands is big on cycling and this is perfectly normal here:
Maybe, but still, looks pretty crazy to me to take an expensive suit and ride a bike with it. So many things can go wrong. Taking the suit in your bag or backpack sounds a lot more logical.
If the trousers are unsalvageable in the knee area, you can still wear them! It's a brand new trend, all the modern girls who read Cosmopolitan will love it. Apparently the casual look helps with complex contracts and tax treatment as well

nobody you deal with would notice or give a fuck if u had a 150 dollar or 700 dollar suit btw..
Unless you are someone that worries what others think of course with fash! Do your job well and you could probably go in a mankini.
For what it's worth mate, I feel bad for you. That's a hell of a suit and a lot of cash to have flushed away
I fucking loved that suit, looks like the jacket is salvageable but the trousers and the shoes are gone.
jacket is the most expensive part though isnt it? Well maybe the shoes.
Feel bad for ya mate, as a fellow dutchy I see people on suits on bikes here all the time, so nevermind the wtfsuitbike people from ze other continents =P
The weather can get very traiterous around here. I remember back in high school when *SUDDENLY* there were like 70/80 mph wind gusts. Me and my huge high school backpack were blown into a water filled ditch>_>

Why would you ride a bicycle with a suit on in the first place? I would sweat my ass off in these temperatures.
Being from Texas originally there hasnt been a single day where I havent been cold in this sunforsaken country, fuck the rain, fuck the cold and especially fuck the snow!

You tell'em, boy!
Tell'em that their expensive pretentious shit is a very fragile "mug me" sign.
