My family Christmas was yesterday, so now I'm eating and drinking all the leftovers by myself listening to all kind of songs, waiting for my baby to come on Sunday
Enjoy the music!

I've been a huge fan of his since I first heard Thunder Kiss 65 song, 1992 or so? (Man that was long ago).
Only a couple of songs he/they made I am not fond of in all that time.
They are in my top 5 artists of all time for me. No particular order as it depends on my mood any day of what I want to hear:
- Rob Zombie
- The Prodigy
- Enya
- Boards of Canada
- Kitaro
WILDLY different ends of the spectrum in that list...lol
But 95% of the time I am listening to one of them, if not its usually ambient (the pure space sounding, no beats stuff) or Some form of random jazz. (whatever alexa gives me when I tell it to play jazz. I really like "Jazz Hangover" playlist it has)
Thanks for the recommendations! Never heard of the last 3, but I'll make sure to check them out!
I love being ignorant, it makes me discover potentially great stuff all the time

Not sure if you'd like them. Most my friends make fun of me for liking them.
Sure you heard Enya, just didn't know who it was.
Enya: (my favorite song of all time.) If asked "On an island with one song" question, this one no hesitation:
Boards of Canada:
LOONG intro, song kicks in around 1:40
All their music has an odd '1980's PBS TV nostalgia feel' without being 80's. Like a...feeling less than a genre from then, for me anyway.
This one does that to me a LOT (edit put wrong song):
Kitaro: (kinda of an Asian Yanni...lol):

As most everybody I guess, we both have a different wish in terms of music depending on our mood, and while different, these four have what I'd call a common overarching theme?
Kinda gives away what's your core style (I might be completely off, obviously).
Quick recap:
Enya: yeah, like you said, I know it but couldn't remember. Very sweet song.
BoC: I get the appeal, yet it's not for me
2nb BoC: more appealing, yet I expected for it to 'take off' at some point. Pretty nice tough!
Kitaro: Male Yoko with actual talent Pretty sweet! All over the place but I liked it
Again, thanks for sharing, always a pleasure to discover new things
