So, FSR 4.### is only working on the Radeon 9000 series....
They've been transforming more and more into Nvidia the ~5+ years.
There's apparently some semi obscure way to enable it on older cards but I can't remember where I read it. Still, not much is out there that supports FSR3, in order to upgrade that to FSR4 so...

AMD uploaded a version of FSR4 that works on RDNA 2 (6000 series) and up to github by mistake, while also claiming that FSR4 is so special, it can work only on RDNA 4 (9000 series). So people compiled it and you can use the compiled DLL with Optiscaler to inject it. Meanwhile AMD remain silent, even a year after FSR4 has been out. It's a joke. Now they are talking about FSR "Diamond", that will run on Xbox Helix, PS6 and RDNA 5 cards, and speculation is that it will also be gatekept to RDNA 5 and not ported to RDNA 4. AMD is a total joke.

Nah, I have a 3070. I use DLSS Quality + FSR 3.1 FG which, after hours of searching and tweaking many things inside and outside the game, works very well... except for the problems that is purely bUEaurgh...
So Sony PS5 Pro uses an INT8 version of FSR 4 as its PeeSSR 2, but AMD won’t release it officially for its millions of card owners. It is likely that the “leaked” INT8 FSR 4 source was what eventually became PeeSSR 2.
This is a cardinal sin by AMD of epic proportions. They will do the same shit with the next generation of FSR.
