Oh ok thanks. I heard them but didn't hear them say where it was. I figured they had it on them so I killed them but they didn't have it.

The dig icon won't show up. You'll have to go through the menu to use it.

althou i think im goin evil soon does that have any pros against the obious guard cons? Very Happy

Well it can be difficult to get a women because most of them are shit scared of you, but you can command people around really easily because they are terrified. It's not that simple to turn evil, more difficult then you think.

Certain people also won't give you quests, but certain people will, such as the assasins.

I find the best way to play it, is to no make a conscious decision to be evil or good, just play how you want and see how it turns out. I was actually suprised to find I was good when I checked the statistics!

Yeah he's at the gate to the Hero's Guild. There's also another one near the arena which is later in the game.

There are also other ways to get names, depending on what you do, and there is a travelling trader who sells names, rather unique ones. I met him in those marshes.

My current name is ravage.

Yeah, I didn't see him but I seen a tattooist who did my tattoo in those marshes. I wouldn't exactly call that a best place to get a tattoo, all in the water and all.

Look at the map - it tells you the shops in each town. One town has a tattooist. I think it's Knothole Glade but I could be wrong.

I've copied the game to my harddrive and something isn't right. I get to see the game intro but then the games loops back to the company-logo intro again, and then on to the game intro again and so on. If I push a button and stop the game intro the same thing happens.

I mean the intro is nice and all but I would really like to play the game as well. Really, really.

Yup. Also tried to burn the game to a disc. Apparently I also have dirty discs. I guess I'll have to wait for the PAL release then. Sad

I really feel for you guys having dirty disk errors, I have a pal machine and so far (touch wood!) no problems at all..

However this is a discussion on the game not tech problems

Surely someone can help these poor Fableless souls out?

Also I bet even if you bought the game the same message would come up
that MS for ya..

Block and time your attacks.

There are various types of sidequests. There are some that you get by talking to certain people - they show up as a green dot on the map and there's sidequests you can get from the guild.

You can continue playing the game but you can't do quests and you have to watch until the end of the credits. Finish all the stuff you want to do before starting the final quest.

I'd say about a quarter. I haven't actually completed it yet, but since the bandit camp i've done loads of stuff, then again I don't just focus on the main quest.

Its a good game, but it spoils it that you cant really play on after finishing.

It takes away a hell of a lot of side quests, so you are just stuck with stuff like the treasure quest and the sword in the stone.

Its a shame, they should have left the quests you hadent done open upon completing it.

you can play on after finishing, but you have to watch the end credits completely

btw i found a nice way to make money, go too a shop, get the owner to follow you to outside (i mostly take them to the bar) give them some beers till he's drunk, then you can steel his shop empty Very Happy

if he won't follow you, just "push" him outside by walking against him when he's drunk

how do you get married? i got several girls in love with me, gave them a ring, i have a house... but still nog marriage and no sex... Confused

This game is way to easy, I have 12 Revive Vials and have yet to come even close to dying. I even began slaughtering people in the Guild just to see how long I can last and I got my fine up to 300k before turning off the system in boredom.
