 Spoiler: | Im returning the medicine to Mai and I get side tracked a lot. Kinda stressful having to climb up places constantly. The map is always giving me bad news route-wise, lol. Iv just met a woman on a bench on a roof. 3 badguys come from behind. Right direction, or am I far off? |

| Spoiler: | Sounds like you are on the route , you are going to fight few times..but now you obtained a hook right ? Just go back on the train tracks and go straight forward from where you slided down , you can hook up on that broken light pole.. |

So I'm pretty early in to the game, how is the exploration part?
| Spoiler: | I've just came back from the building with medicine for that little girl and I found 2 survivors (a girl that keeps yapping for "anyone" and a guy that asks me for a pack of smokes) on a building near the train tracks.
But I have not approached them (well I've talk to the guy, because he took me by surprise, but the girl seems like a trap so I staid away from her, for now) because I'm hoping to come back here when I have a mask. There is a breathing mask right? I remember seeing one in the trailers. |
My question is will I be able to come back or should I take every chance I get to search for/approach survivors and supplies?
Is a point of no return, an obvious one? Are there areas from witch I will be locked out?
Btw, the app is pretty neat, you get a nice map with various hints and you can also listen to the soundtrack. 
Shame it's iPhone sized, and as with all iPhone size apps on an iPad, it looks kinda crappy.

Finished it , took me 5h50m with exploration and dying...game stats showed I was playing 4h42m. My final score is 73% , 9 deaths .. I robbed one guy ( helped 7 victims ) so that could be higher..ending was OK , and we will see more of I Am Alive.. I really hope this game ends up to be AAA title. For a XBLA game this game is great , and if you are a fan of survival games this is the one for you... Gfx is not that great but who cares when they nailed atmosphere , combat could be better but still it's refreshing and interesting. My final score 8.5 / 10.
I will try it on survival when I have some spare time..

| Spoiler: | Exploration is OK , can be confusing at times..but I like that cause in the cloud of dust that would be the case. Yes you can come back to some victims but I didn't find them all , usually things they want are somewhere near..at least that was the case with me.. Search whenever you can , game usually reward that effort..and yes there is a gas mask but that doesn't mean you can walk safely with it. |

I have 7 hours and 58 M of game time. Helped 15 of 20 people, and i think im really close to the end.

You are aware of the HD Retna addon you can install on a jailbroken Ipad that fixes these issues...? It's in the cydia store on the main homepage. Made a world of difference on my Ipad 2.

You are aware of the HD Retna addon you can install on a jailbroken Ipad that fixes these issues...? It's in the cydia store on the main homepage. Made a world of difference on my Ipad 2. |
Eghhhhhh.... Retinapad is crap. I haven't yet found a single game that looks anywhere near a "world of difference" on my Pad2 in 2x mode using RetinaPad. In my experience it barely works and you have to really stare at the screen to notice much difference.

Seriously, with all joking aside there was no way I was paying for this app and found it elsewhere.
It's not the best but it did help.

I mean there are big games released as XBLA such as Amy, but this was just perfect. Whatever they charge on xlive its got to be a steal
