Pure epicness! I'll add two of my own too;

Project X - Normal vs Old-Timer Mode and both are incredible! \o/

This one stayed with me for ages. Smile

If you don't immediately start humming this, hand in your geek card before asking the mods to delete your account.

My favorite of the Fallout soundtrack. I remember replacing the FO3 music with the originals, and whenever this one came up, I immediately went to 3rd person and started just walking. This one captures the nuclear wasteland the best IMO. Especially the guitar parts. Smile

Primarily the "Japan Overture" part of this video. Whenever I listen to it, pictures of vast Japanese fleets of steel monsters (with the Yamato sitting in the middle) come to mind. The second song is quite nice as well.

The flute at the beginning is just divine.

Ahh that tune brings back memories of playing transport tycoon on one of the school computers (we had hidden a copy of the game on it, this was before they started locking stuff like that down)

Yeah, it was nice before they started using that. They had so many issues with the computers because they locked them down to much. It caused problems with some programs that we needed to use Razz

It's a shame Square decided to rearrange (read: to fuck up) this celestial masterpiece for the HD Remastered version. Original is just perfect - mystical and tranquil in every aspect.

<3 Final Fantasy X and I agree, this track is amazing. Remixing it is an injustice to the original - though I do like a lot of the new Remastered tracks, just this isn't one of them.

Because the music of this game is so fucking incredibly awesome.

I'd hazard saying that it's on par with John Williams' compositions and would be perfect fit for a 3 hour long fantasy adventure epic in cinema.

Yeah. Half hour version of this one song. Couldn't ask for a better OSt for my night. Razz

This next one always evoke pictures of Mediterranean hills with tall yellow grass, waist high and wide walls (wide enough that you can comfortably walk on them) made out of chipped rocks dividing up the landscape, and a donkey grazing in the shadow of an olive tree. Possibly with the Adriatic sea sparkling in the distance.

Awesome Such memories!

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Lol I used to get slaughtered in BF1942. I couldnt even drive a jeep without getting blown to bits. I was a bit better at BF2 Laughing

Why in the world did they not keep this epic tune in parts 3 and 4??

This is going to be the music to my wedding! haha

Haha do it! I agree with you guys, that theme (and the game itself) were magic. Something went missing in the latest installments, the music itself for example Cool Face Crying or Very sad
