@Shocktrooper How about a belt with chain and weight? (Dip belt)
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Alright men, time to revive this.
I'm looking for some light excercises or some workout routine that I can do at home. I'm lazy, i loose focus easily and I need constant motivation. I'm not the type that could go at gym, hate that, but I noticed that my mobility is dropping constatly, I have some aches that I never knew existed.
When its warm, I ride my bikes, but other than the lower part of the legs, you don't actually workout on the bike. Other workout is dog walking 2-3 times per day, for at least 30 mins - but that's hardly a workout.
I sit at pc a lot so I kinda need something to get my mobility back, some light excercises, stretching?
Anything is welcomed, thanks!

Everything 75-80% of your max repetitions (so you can do 5 sets)
one set of
pushups
burpees
pull-ups
situps
lunges
do it 3-5 times
Just increase reps as you progress.
3x per week, and rope skipping every other day.
2min intervals with 30 second cooldowns.
Write down your sets/repetitions so you actually see your progress. That is an important motivator.
I've taken on 8 kg since our girl was born and I feel my endurance/strength going away. Being tired and having less time kills my motivation atm.

also dont work all muscles at once, do legs one day, core the next, arms after so you leave few days in between muscles to give them time to repair and eat plenty of protein during, im also back 5-8kg above my target weight and its making me really tired much faster
but its mainly my diet , but feeling the burn lifting outside now the sun came out got me motivated
and get 10eur rubberplastic grip holders that u put on the floor for you to grab onto and do pushups on those with a fist like u hold a weight, much better on the wrist them putting ur palm flat on the floor ( actually hurts for me )
great for pushups and lifting ur entire bodyin a sitting position with arms behind u lifting ur but of the ground

I have one of my bikes on the roller, but its so boring, i feel like a hamster - and you only work some parts of your legs.
Started doing what couleur said
