It would be pretty cool to have portable mini pc, that just needs to be connected to a screen. Without carrying psu around

It should be possible, but not advised. Maybe some specific powerbanks for tablets might be able to keep it running, if they provide a steady voltage (though i'm not sure if those powerbanks even work for this kind of job)

my powerbank offers 5v @ 1A and 5v @ 2A. 1A is enough for an overclocked pi, dont know why it shouldnt work. charges my phone constantly if its full or almost empty (the powerbank). so powering a pi shouldnt be a problem, but i never tried it
