Fractal don't have a case better than p600s. All of their cases have way worse gpu temps. Even meshify.
I had Fractals, now have Phanteks and it's the same to build in
Total BS. The cases get raving reviews and the Meshify is great with airflow. I have seven fans in total in the case (3x case, 2x GPU, 2x CPU) and only the 2 CPU fans are spinning at a very low rpm when I'm not gaming. I never had such a silent PC, that's mainly due to no actual need for fans except under gaming load. This is with a hothead 3700X.
Yes, that's how I run too. I have Meshify 2, and I have it set up to be basically 0% fan speed for case fans unless system is at some load, and CPU is very silent anyway (all Noctua fans). GPU also doesn't spin unless there is some load. The NAS with the mechanical drives is practically much more noisy, even at high PC load (and that's with a HOTHEAD 3960X ).

That's not bullshit. I had like 7-10c lower temps on gpu in p600s compared to fractal.
The fractal just has less airflow. Even meshify cases have very restrictive filters and less room for gpu to breathe. Even huge meshify S2 has quite lower temps compared to p600s.
And meshify S2 is the most airflow fractal case

Nah. I would still focus on looks. most of these cases are good anyway. P600s is the best of all but I would still choose mainly based on looks.
The one mistake I mede was going black p600s. Should've gone with the grey model

Oh look, you will die on a hill for a marginal at best "difference", while the filters on Fractal cases are far superior at stopping dust. I prefer not to have to open my case once a month to vacuum clean inside it, like I used to 10 years ago, thanks. The better the filtration system, the better. Much more important than "gpu to breathe" with a few degrees.
Meshify C is a good case. Phanteks 300/400/500 are also very good. Haven't seen 600 but probably good too. It looks huge and heavy for my taste.
I liked Era ITX but heard it is not a good airflow case. Went with Lian Li in the end. Very nice and easy to build.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things donโt always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things donโt always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

It is extremely huge and weights 14kg... without a pc inside. add 3080, cpu cooler and you get like 17kg pc

Where did you saw/read this? I'm still looking for a case, but this is a trade off that I'd also be interested in. And besides, while it seems like one hell of a case the p600s is still too heavy for my linking (case goes ON TOP of the desk, no discussions! ).

The denser a filter is, the less particles pass (also air). I did see a comparison at the time I was looking, but donโt remember where. I was happy with the previous Define case I had, where it was quite clean after 5 years of use, so went with the Meshify S2 this time.

he is right. Fractal uses these thick foam like filters. Very restricting to airflow but also to dust.
P600s uses tiny mesh grating. The outside fabric is just for decoration and does not catch any dust.
I just take off the front every two weeks and vacuum the mesh dust filter. The dust still gets inside to the point that You have to clean the system every 6 months or so.

Thanks mens.
I clean the filters on my Antec 300 every two weeks and inside (almost disassembling the whole system) once a year and dust is a bit of a problem in this room.
Still undecided on which case to get, but now leaning more towards to the S2

I had a Define R5, and it had fantastic filters, very easy to clean. In PCs before, I used to go in with the vacuum cleaner once a month to pick up fucking Wild West bay balls from the case, the fans and the GPU. Never again!
Go for fractal if you like how they look, i personally hate how Fractal cases look, especially that horrible Meshify, have built many system at work with Define R5 cases tho (nice stealthy look for workstations). What goes for P600s, its still the best case i have ever owned, never had any issues installing components in it, i have not ever cleaned it inside aswell in the past 1 year (i have my case on table tho).
The only complaints I saw about the Fractal cases is that they are not "new" or "exciting". As if I give a shit if the latest case looks like the previous. I replace these things every ~4-5 years, so yeah, as long as specs are good, I don't care how "exciting" a fucking case is.
You have to agree the HDD solution is horrible. Dangling like sloppy dicks until you fasten in some short screws. Also They kept falling down because i bumped a bit into one when placing multiple. Case is great now that all is working, but that solution right there was the absolute worst i've seen in a pricy case.

Never had problems with the HDD solution, i installed one 10TB drive to the bottom part where PSU is.
Ahh, i used the ones in the middle. Tried the bottom but it was a nightmare with the PSU. Now i was rushing it as there was something i had to do. Will refine the inside soon.
I had HDDs in the Define R5, in the cage. There was no issue. In this case, I don't have HDDs anymore (they are in the NAS), so the cage is not installed. The SSDs are fine on the back of the case (behind the motherboard plate). I like this solution.
I was stressing a bit because of the HDD's so i couldnt figure it out. Either you have to screw the screws through the SSD's or you have to fasten them from behind before you place the motherboard. I couldnt figure it out SSD is just dangling in the PSU compartment
