When I was watching the concert part I thought for sure it was a solid 6/10 thriller. I even went to check IMDB and got positive reassurence of it agreeing with me. There were some conveniences (like Cooper listening on the radio exactly what he needed to hear at exactly the right time).
But after the concert bit conveniences kept on piling up.
The US cops were uncharacteristically way too gentle with him.
Some of those happenstances could have been corrected with script fixes.
Also, for god sake, just for once, show some non-intraverted expression of emotions of your characters. Just look around, people do shout sometimes.
