Exactly, i'm working for a public employer and they don't give a rats ass about us employees. Winter is coming and most of our offices don't have any heating due to renovation and won't have one this winter, but the administration doesn't care at all, their offices are warm and cozy. But they ordered some mobile heaters, like 3 for about 40 offices they are real idiots. And you better not have an accident at work as you're pretty much on your own, insurance gives you less than unemployed people get.

My Dad use to work as a welder in a warehouse, anyways one day one of his co-workers thought it would be funny to light a firecracker inside his tool box. his tool box exploded and all his tools flew around the warehouse injuring people(Not serious though just cuts and shit like that). my dad was deaf for a day and some of his co-workers were deafened so bad they had to go to hospital(None were Permantly deafened).
